- We have no influence on ANY postal company. We always deliver the packages on time, but after that we can’t do anything about it. We can therefore not be held liable if the content does not arrive properly / viably due to delay.
- International shipping is always at your own risk. Of course we will always try to help out with possible solutions when postal mistakes occur. Our customers are our Friends so our main goal is to make you as happy as possible 🙂
