Yes, we do ship worldwide!
Parcels sent with the regular parcel service will take longer to arrive than parcels sent via express shipping. We recommend that you choose express delivery if you want to purchase fruit, this to increase the survival chances of the fruits itselves. The expiration date of seeds is longer due to our way of packaging, so they can safely be shipped with regular shipment. Cuttings stay well on their way for about 6 – 8 days. If you live within Europe you can choose regular shipping. If you live outside Europe, we recommend express shipping.
This has to do with information that we would like to share with you first. We would like you to be aware of certain information. Send us an email for more clarity.
We will start processing your order as soon as possible. We naturally want the seeds, fruits, and/or cuttings to arrive in the best condition. We expect new shipments from Suriname on a monthly basis, so sometimes we wait for this before so that we can provide your order with fresh seeds / fruits and or cuttings. We aim to ship the products within 2 weeks after you have placed an order. If this is not the case, you will receive an email from us. Parcels within Europe should arrive within 5 – 7 working days. Outside Europe it depends on where you live of course. For more information please contact us.
Yes! As soon as the package has been sent, you will receive an email from us or from the relevant postal company with a tracking code. This allows you to easily track the package.
Please contact us. We will then contact the relevant postal company. We can then check for you where the package is. Did the parcel, for some reason, disappear along the way? Then we can conduct an investigation for you via the relevant postal company. Send us an email with your order number and we’ll do the rest for you.
This is of course possible. Send us an email with the additional products you would like to add to your order and we will arrange it for you. Do you want to upgrade your shipping from regular to express shipping? Also not a problem, please contact us.
We expect new shipments and thus seeds / fruits and or cuttings from Surinam at least twice a month. So you can keep an eye on our website or send us an email to ask when some products will be back in stock.
Yes of course! Send an email and tell us which products you are interested in. When the products are back in stock, you are the first to know!
The stock you currently see is the stock we have in the Netherlands. We always have more cuttings available in Surinam! Curious which varieties and sizes? Send us an email telling us which cuttings you are interested in and the quantities and we will arrange it for you.
No, at this point we cannot provide a phytosanitary certificate with any parcel.
No, if you are living in a European country, a certificate is not mandatory due to the EU regulations.
Certainly not. We can still send the package to you. Some countries require a Phytosanitary certificate. Would you like to know more if this is mandatory for your country? Send us an email.
Parcels will be sent via DHL, PostNL or UPS. This depends on where you live. Don’t worry , we will arrange this for you. Do you have a preference for a postal company? Please let us know.
