Description
The Annona (Rollinia) deliciosa is a large variant of the Annona (Rollinia) mucosa. The fruits can weigh more than 900 grams and are deliciously sweet and very aromatic. The tree can reach a height of 10 to 20 meters, but it already bears fruit when it is less than 2 meters high. The deliciosa is a faster grower and fruits in the tropics after 2 years. It should be in full sun and the soil should be well drained and well fertilized. The tree cannot stand the cold.
