The Moringa is a tree of which all parts can be used. Because of its high nutritional value and medicinal effect, it is therefore also called miracle tree. All parts are classified under superfood. The leaves are used in tea, as a raw vegetable or cooked. The flowers as raw vegetables and the pods are used in curries and soup. The young seeds like sweet beans and the mature seeds can be roasted. Even the root can be used. In short, a great (sub) tropical plant with a high nutritional value.
