Description
The Seoul Kitchen is a dragon fruit with white flesh. The outside is pink with green dots on the ‘fins’. The flesh is soft and creamy and has a sweet taste. Seoul Kitchen gives small to medium fruit and the fruit can reach a weight of 350 to 500 grams. This variety is an easy, but also a fast grower. You can expect (in good circumstances), that the Seoul Kitchen may have up to 4 fruiting cycler per year! The plant is self-pollinating. Like all the dragons, the plant prefers a bit of shade on the ground.
TIP: Be on time with harvesting, because with a rain shower a ripe fruit can burst. And do not give water 2 days before harvesting the fruit. The taste then becomes less.
