Down below we elaborated the dragon fruit shake recipe. You will need the following ingredients and materials:
- 1 whole fresh dragon fruit or 150 g of freeze dried dragon fruit
- 250 ml of water, orange juice, milk or a milk substitute, like almond or soya
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi, some mango pieces, strawberries, blueberries or other tropical fruits
Tip! If you use freeze dried dragon fruit and other frozen fruits, you will immediately have a nice cold dragon fruit shake!
- A high speed blender of at least 600 Watt.
- A 500 ml glass or shake cup
The above ingredients are the basis for an amazing delicious dragon fruit shake. There are also enough other options to make it a more beneficial shake. For example you can add protein powder, chia, hennep or flasxeed, some ginger, lemon juice or leafy greens, like spinach or kale. The greens will change the colour of course.
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix it up until it’s smooth. If you use frozen fruit pieces then you can drink it straight away. If not? Our advice is to put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to have a nice cold dragon fruit smoothie.
